Your Online Patient Record

Secure and Confidential

We understand that your medical information is sensitive. That's why we've created a secure online patient record for you to communicate with our doctors. Following any orders you make on Alpha XR Online Doctor, our doctors will send you medical and prescription related information to your online record. You can access it on your computer, tablet or mobile in the comfort of your own space. We take precautions that other online providers don't, in order to provide you with a convenient and discreet service.

We protect your information

Your information never leaves the Alpha XR Online Doctor servers, which are based in the UK. Our doctors are based in a private London office and only our clinical team can see your information. We put patient security and safety first. That's why we host our systems with industry leader Rackspace, also used by NHS Choices, the British Army and Vodafone.
